When you pay for your cooking holiday we'd be very happy for you to do so in the currency of your choice, i.e. Sterling, Euros or Dollars (American/Canadian or Australian/New Zealand).
We'll pay the commission on your Direct Bank Transfer or Credit Card transaction (we use market leader PayPal for safe and secure online payment) and are happy to take on any exchange rate deficit.
That way, we swallow the difference, but you still get the cooking holiday of your dreams!
